Bioflux 200
Bioflux 200 is an automated flow system for live cell assays.
The system provides complete control over temperature, gas and shear flow, mimicking effectively the desired physiological and environmental conditions. The well plate microfluidics technology, integrating microfluidic channels into SBS standard 24 or 48 well plates, combines ease of use and throughput of static microplate adhesion assays with the biological relevance of a controlled shear flow experiment.
BioFlux enables a wide variety of cell-based assays in the fields of immunology, vascular biology, microbiology, cancer research, stem cells and in every field which can benefit from the use of shear flow: cell-ligand adhesion, cell-cell interaction, wound healing, transmigration, drug screening, biofilms, stem cells differentiation, host pathogen interactions. The system uses the microscope and the imaging system present in your lab and it’s compatible with most common types of microscopy technique: fluorescence, confocal, phase contrast, bright field.
